We had a fantastic time at your lodge, the suite was ideal. Playing golf and being able to Ski on the same day is quite a treat to say the least, it was on our bucket list ! Your so lucky to live where you are and have so many things to do. We love Kelowna and will tell our friends of your accommodation !

| Jan 6, 2013 Happy New Year to the all the staff ! Sadly its our last day, thought we would send you an email. It was a relaxing enjoyable stay, thanks. Skiing at Big White went well for all us beginners, no injuries, it really tuckered the kids out, they slept very well and made it easy on us ! Was special to have our family together as its been ages. Kelowna is such a nice place. We we felt very at home here. Appreciate the good rate and nice clean suite, and hope to make it back again. We traveled with our 3 children and two of their friends and we stayed in 301 where we shared the entrance but were able to have privacy when needed! We had a great patio with a beautiful golf course view. The coffee shop made the best pizza and the front desk guy and Guy were awesome!
| June 26 - 2102 Chris would like to acknowledge your great service for our 2 families, the weekend went well except for mother nature and rain. The upgrades since our last stay look great. We really enjoyed you making us feel at home. Really enjoyed the Pizza at Cafe Borgata, they were generous as they gave us a free carrot cake when we bought 2 pizzas for dinner ! | May 22 -2012 Just wanted to send you a quick thanks for a great weekend. The surprise for my wife was a hit ! She loved the loft. A small yellow finch kept coming back to our patio, it was magic. | Feb 2012 Many thanks to you all for such a pleasant stay. I think this is our 5th year staying with you, as always the suite was nice and clean, the recent upgrades show very well. Great you could fix the dishwasher in 1 day. We lucked out on the weather this year, enjoyed a couple of nice sunny days at Big White, great ski conditions. Just a short note to say we appreciated all you did to make our gals ( Pink) weekend so much fun. The wine tour was a hit. Our guide Bill knew so much about the wineries, he went the extra mile, a good memory for my sister Gayle's 30th ! We loved the spa too, we will return :) Your lucky to live in Kelowna.

| May 2011 Great job on organizing our golf package, we loved Tower Ranch, what a track ! Bear conditions were the best we have seen it in years. Every year we go to a different destination, Kelowna and Borgata Lodge rank among the best places for our golf groups history, your very lucky to have such good courses and all so close to each other. The private chef was worth it, please say thanks to Tara. Steven in our group got a hole in one at Shadow Ridge, yes he had to pay for drinks after! The gang wants to come back, all the best ! Jan 2, 2007 Happy New Year to you ! Thanks for all the advice on the info for the 2 ski resorts & making our stay a comfortable one. We were delighted with the cozy suite and the price ! Weather was ideal. We ended up going to both Big White & Silver Star. Conditions were great & rarely even a small line up. We met some new friends and ended up even cooking dinner in the suite. We will try to come back in summer when we plan for our next vacation when George finishes up at the School. We will definitely do a wine tour & may take you up on the Lessons package as we both want to improve our golf games. Till then all the best to you and your staff. 2006 Guy & Chris, On behalf of our golf group we would like to thank you for helping us to enjoy a great golf & resort experience. The suites were perfect for our needs. The dinner cooked on our deck was enjoyed by all of us & a big hit.. This will likely be something we want to do again as all the guys felt this was the highlight of our stay as no one had to work or clean up, for me the best was the eagle I got on Kelowna Springs #15 !! Needless to say when it was worth 5 skins it will not be forgotten. The courses we played were superb. The Quail was voted the favourite. We look forward to a return visit next season. Aug 29th, 2006 Dear Guy, Just a short note to say thanks a bunch for all the extras you did for our family. We loved the park and beach at Woods Lake. The spot you directed us to was perfect for our picnic with the lake just a few steps from our table. The kids really got good use of all the amenities available. Personally I enjoyed the shade ! Making the CD of our photos was really appreciated as we would have had to purchase additional memory for our camera. My sister is planning a trip to the Okanagan next summer. Carl & his wife are return clients to Borgata and visits annually, it was my first time assisting them with a 3 week summer vacation in Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley. They are wonderful inspiring folks, golf enthusiasts and always welcome back. It is truly a great compliment to get a letter from them as they travel the world and stay at very nice resorts. We hope we can make your stay as enjoyable.
Jamie was here with family for a 50th birthday with his twin sister.
Jamie's father asked if I would assist in making the suite extra special so I arranged for custom roses from our local grower & special Okanagan wines awaiting their arrival as a surprise.
It is wonderful when clients enjoy our facility and the clubhouse services next door at the Okanagan Golf Club.
She forgot to turn in her front door key & sent this nice note showing appreciation for assistance on dining & some golf courses.
Alice Wheaton is a world famous motivational speaker assisting corporations and individuals. She stayed with us when she addressed a large corporations executive staff at the clubhouse.
